Week 2 full spilts and results

The updated results from Wednesday can be found here
Everyone's spilts are here, click on Short, Medium or Long on the bar at the bottom to get to the right course. Google Docs has done something funny to the formatting, but you should be able to work it out.

See you next week at Hobart College (or whatever polytechnic name they call it now) on Olinda Grove at Mt. Nelson.
The one leg wonder will determine who is 'King or Queen of the Mountain'

Week 2 Spilts Winners

Finally, after wading through a swamp of numbers, I have this weeks 'one leg wonders'

Easy: Oisin Stronach (0:26) and Maddie Hollick (0:37)

Medium: Matthew Levis and Henry Crosswell (0:23) and Isabella Hallegreass (0:25)

Long: Stuart Lawrie (0:23) and Jessie West (0:27)

Congrats to all, there were some very close splits, in most cases the winner was decided by one second! Make sure you collect your chocolates next week.

In the case of a tie, the competitor with the fastest overall time was declared the winner.

I will shortly post everyone's splits and the updated results (some times were wrong and some of you were put on the wrong course)

Week 2 Results

As promised, here are this weeks results.
Sorry we couldn't get everyone's finish time during the event. I'll have a better system set up for next week.
I hope to have the winners of the splits competition up by tomorrow night.

Week 1 Winners!

Hi Everyone

I'm a bit behind the eight ball this week - hopefully I can get on track from here on in.

The 'one leg wonder' leg this week was the long first leg. Scanning the results a few runners stood out as clearly having a good solid go at the leg and not having much left for the rest of the course!
But glory is glory, so the winners are:

Easy: Rowan Clymo-Edwards (2:14) and Kelcey Muir (2:40)

Medium: William Jose (1:57) and Grace Rowe-Smith (2:18)

Long: Marc Gluskie (1:24) and Claire Butler (1:50)

Congrats to the winners, they can claim their prizes at Wednesdays race.

To contrast last weeks leg, this weeks super split leg will be the final one to the finish. Also in contrast, this leg is going to be quite short - so try to save some of those fast-twitch muscle fibres for the end of the race. See you there.
